New Hampshire's economy depends on the ability of businesses to succeed, innovate, and grow - now more than ever. Strong economic policies ensure that our businesses have the tools they need to thrive, and that potential businesses are attracted to what our state has to offer.
Tax policy should serve the needs of the citizens, not the needs of government. Citizens have the right to expect a fair and sound return on their investment. They should also expect legislators to spend tax dollars as wisely as we budget for our own families, and to defend the NH Advantage.
Hollis was built on the backs of farmers, and they continue to provide for our community today. Effective stewardship of our natural resources keeps farming strong and ensures a safe food supply.
The right to bear arms is enshrined in our National and State Constitutions, and NH citizens have lived peacefully under these protections. If elected, I will continue to uphold the 2nd Amendment.
Our youngest citizens face many issues; a rise in mental illness, online predatory behavior, compromised health due to electronic cigarette use, and looming student debt. It’s time to get at the heart of these issues and find common-sense solutions.
The repercussions of substance abuse are felt by entire families, communities, and local healthcare systems. It’s important to find compassionate solutions that provide help to those in need, while supporting the communities that bear its burden.
